For things that I use every day, I prefer to pay a bit more if the quality is stable. They are simply the ones that fit well and survive many rounds of washing or daily use. Some care only about style, others focus on comfort and durability.

Sometimes customer service can fix a bad experience, but not always. Cheap frames can look nice at first but bend easily or become loose after a few weeks. If a piece of jewelry keeps its color and does not irritate the skin, I consider it a win. Footwear is even harder because different brands cut shoes very differently. I also pay attention to return policy and customer service response time.
