Good packaging and a small storage bag are also nice touches for accessories. I like when a shop clearly shows PD, lens height and bridge width in millimeters. Having a tracking number that works on common sites is very convenient. A good store usually answers questions quickly and does not hide behind canned messages. I think it is better to build a small collection of reliable products than to buy random cheap things.

Sometimes I do not mind waiting longer if the price is fair and the quality is solid. I also pay attention to return policy and customer service response time. For fashion and clothing I pay attention to fabric thickness and stitching details. If a website gives a detailed guide for measurements, I feel more confident when ordering. At least here we can see more honest opinions and not only polished marketing content.
