Sharing real world usage stories is often more helpful than any advertisement. Many people do not mind waiting if they understand what is going on. Sometimes I even measure an existing frame with a ruler before ordering anything new.

Shipping speed is not everything, but extremely slow delivery is very annoying. A simple pair of glasses or a basic jacket that always works is worth a lot. Comfort around the heel and toes is more important than super fancy design. If they reply politely and give detailed answers, I feel more relaxed.
